Zig's place was a comfortable home base for our time in Lexington. We appreciated being able to travel with our 2 dogs. The large yard gave them the opportunity to stretch after the journey. The home had every amenity one could imagine. i enjoyed the vintage touches. There was great thought for the needs of those traveling with small children -a duckie for the tub too!

Zig was proactive in sending us clear instructions regarding the location, check-in and nearby amenities. The house was as described with a master suite and two other bedrooms and a bath on the first floor. Everything was clean and functional. The basement could almost function as a small unit by itself with a pull-out and 1/2 bath. A nice deck off the kitchen upstairs and a small patio walk-out from the basement. Nice neighborhood, felt safe, walkable grocery store nearby and other grocery store and restaurants and bars within a few miles in the other direction. I'd highly recommend this property; well worth what we paid and so much better than a hotel or motel.

Location is easy to get to; quiet, peaceful neighborhood. House is warm and welcoming, large spaces to gather, comfortable beds, many extra supplies for all occasions and ages! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future!

Zig’s place was fantastic in every way. Beautiful home, the amenities were over the top. Very quiet safe neighborhood. Zig is a pro. His communication was top notch in every way as well. Smooth and seamless. Very appreciated.
