Beautiful and spacious apartment on the 2nd Level in the Aquarella Juan Dolio Luxury Tower, within the wonderful and luxurious complex we have exclusive social areas such as Exclusive Pool, Spa, Gym, Private Beach, and Gazebo Area. Just 40 minutes from the city of Santo Domingo, 5 minutes from Juan Dolio beach,5 minutes to Guayacanas beach, and 10 to Boca Chica beach. It has an excellent view. The apartment has a private parking area and a multipurpose court. Wi-Fi, TV. The Aquarella Tower apartment in Juan Dolio can accommodate up to 6 people. It is equipped with Central Air Conditioning, a beautiful balcony that offers splendid views of the ocean, a garden, fenced plot, gym, multifunctional court, a spa, a sauna, and internet access (wifi). The apartment also has a swimming pool and indoor parking within the same building. There are 2 TVs available for entertainment purposes. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, microwave, and basic cooking utensils.

The building makes you feel like you’re in a small resort. Elital was very quick in responding any questions that I had. There were very clear instructions on checking in. Apartment looked just like the photos! My only concern was that, for the price, Maintance needs to be done in certain small areas of the apartment. Guest room & bathroom weren’t used , so I’m unsure of any small things that need fixing. The main bathroom shower had yellow stains . The shower head/faucets & the sink drains from it should be replaced as they are rusty. Other then that my stay was pleasant. The people who work there are super nice & I would definitely come back again!

Christian’s place was exactly as pictured. The private beach access and pool was amazing and felt very safe. The front desk and night staff were also very helpful (especially if you don’t speak Spanish).
The building grounds themselves are beautiful. Terrific pool and beach. I was confused by signs that referenced a bar or food near the pool, but no food or drink service was available, not even a bottle of water. BUT, if you know that ahead of time and get supplied the value is terrific. Cristan recommended I rent a car, which certainly did help in getting to the local stores and seaside restaurants. Plus the front desk arranged pizza delivery our first night. The front desk staff was friendly, especially David who speaks fluent English

Juan Dolio is also the ideal location for day trips to the cities of Santo Domingo, San Pedro de Macorís, and La Romana. These cities are full of shops and activities and are just an hour from Juan Dolio. Las Américas International Airport is the ideal port of entry for a stay in Juan Dolio.

We always recommend enjoying the beautiful area of Juan Dolio on foot or by bicycle, however, if you like to walk beyond our city we recommend having a vehicle to enjoy the life of Santo Domingo.
