Great house for a large group of people. Plenty of separate spaces to hang out. Big soundproof lounge room with sliding door. Has everything you need, no WiFi while we were there but was a Telstra issue & we were offered a partial refund. Would stay again with a big group!

This house is a great size for a large family or couples. There are several entertaining & relaxing areas, the bedrooms and ensuites are great sizes. Kitchen & fridge is a little small with a large amount of people in & around. We worked around it with our own eskies & plug-in fridges for extra food & drinks for our longer stay. Being summer, just note as per description that 1 bedroom on 2nd floor has no air con as it got quite hot to sleep. Well maintained Pool was amazing & a quick 2 min walk to the beautiful beach. Plenty of grassy areas for running around & games with kids. Katie & her team were amazing to deal with & very responsive with our queries & happy to help. This house is an amazing place to stay.

Great House for multiple families. Heaps of space to get together and also plenty of areas to get away from the crowd and relax on your own. Great having seperate bathrooms for each bedroom. A/C worked in all areas except one bedroom which is apparently waiting on parts to be fixed. Elevator was great for taking up heavy items, like eskis etc. Only downside for us was the sheer curtains which pretty much ensure you are up by 5:30 every morning. Darker curtains would have improved our stay out of sight. I would definitely stay there again if still available next year.

Beautiful and fun stay in Rainbow Beach. Slept 6 couples comfortably with plenty of living areas and space. Pool was amazing and we made great use of the pizza oven. Just remember to bring small necessities like oil, s&p etc as these are not provided. Plenty of lawn space for bocce and other outdoor activities too. Katie was an amazing and responsive host. Highly recommend this fabulous (and huge!) gem in Rainbow Beach.

This house is the ultimate beach house. There are multiple living and outdoor areas to enable guests to find their own space. The pool is nice and long for laps and very clean. The kitchen seemed small at times but that was more due to the number of guests (too many cooks in the kitchen). There is plenty of storage space and top level Miele appliances throughout. The furnishings are tasteful and functional and the beds are very comfortable. We used every balcony space at different stages of the day and the top level was popular for sunset cocktails. The grassed area is perfect for kids to run around on and it is a quick two minute walk to the beach. We have already booked for next year!
