We enjoyed this beautiful house in the country! Close to shopping, food, & Nashville. The place was super clean and very quiet. The host was wonderful, offering dining ideas and making sure that we knew they were available for any questions! Great Experience!

The house itself is quite nice. Good layout, plenty of space, comfortable furnishings. It is 25 feet from a moderately busy 2 lane road, so be aware if you are a light sleeper or are bringing small children. The communication between Evolve and your local host is nonexistent in my experience. Rebecca was kind and accommodating though slightly slow in response, but Evolve had not given her any of my communication with them so she had no idea I'd be arriving after dark. Then, when my cell screen broke and I could not contact her directly for a question, I sent a message on AirBNB to Evolve and 2 days later (a full day after checkout), they replied that they'd gotten my message, were having high volumes and would get back to me. Lastly, I was expected to strip linens, start laundry, run the dishwasher, and take my own trash out at a place with a $70 cleaning fee. Seems excessive. If communication and being right on the highway aren't a big deal to you, this is a great place to stay.
