很不错的公寓，新装修的环境很棒！连续住了四天。

The apartment looks like the pictures but is not as nice in real life. The walls are paper thin, and the noise from the street sounds like people are standing in the apartment with you. The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy although the location is convenient. The apartment didnt come with anything you normally expect from an Airbnb (e.g salt, laundry detergent, body soap etc.). It also has no AC which can be problematic if youre visiting in the summer. The house rules are super strict and they took out a $4000 deposit ahead of our stay. You also have to pick up and drop off the keys in a separate location, which isn’t a game changer but pretty inconvenient. Overall, the apartment is not nice enough for what we paid and I wouldn’t be back here.

Pretty and confortable place (but without coffee machine). The agency asked for a very high guarantee (1000 euros) that were not specified before booking. You realize that you cannot access the apartment if you don't enter data of your card (after booking and paying for the stay). The website said it's 4000 euros but they retain 1000 in the end (again instructions not clear). The procedure is not easy to be done online if you don't have a french card, I should call them to provide the data and it stressed me before my stay as I didn't have an adress to arrive and the system didn't accept my card. I don't think it's allowed to hide information and retain the money, the apartment and surroundings are pretty and easy to walk around Paris tough.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé dans un bel appartement et dans un quartier bien animé. Nous regrettons cependant le manque d’informations au départ et le chèque de caution qui ne sont pas mentionnés avant de faire la réservation.

El apartamento es cómodo, acogedor y bien amoblado, la cocina está lo suficientemente equipada con tostadora máquina de café todo en perfecto estado. El lugar es muy limpio y accesible. El host responde rapida y cordialmente y brinda mucha información útil.
