Just needed a place to stop over for the night and this did a great job at serving exactly that purpose. Clean property; friendly and proactive hosts.

Most of the furniture and fixtures appeared to be new or nearly new. Decor was simple and uncluttered. Coffee and snacks provided. Had a small issue connecting to WiFi, but able to connect after powered modem and router off and on. The unit was comfortable and hosts were responsive.

Situated about 7 min. from downtown Kalamazoo, this is tucked off a main road. It's quiet yet convenient to a huge variety of groceries, restaurants, craft beer hangouts, KIA, movies, and various activities. A major shopping mall in Portage is approximately 20 minutes away. You're close to Gull Lake and two major downhill ski hills. The host is friendly, helpful, and quite easy to reach. Before COVID I disinfected, and THIS exceeds my expectations! The condo was spotless! Its' renovation is VERY pleasing to the eyes!! The pics and info are accurate. Based on the square ft., amenities, location, cleanliness, and bonus stocked items (nice soaps, snacks & drinks!!), the price point is extremely good! It's a recent renovation with very happy long-term renters (approx. 9 mos?), so not many renters have reviewed this gem. Do NOT let that deter you from this Exceptional experience! Beds-very comfy! Quiet neighbors/area Value-Excellent Appliances-superb Showers- hot/great water pressure

We had a great stay at Boz’s place! Check in was easy & the condo was clean & inviting. We especially enjoyed the snacks & bottled water! Very convenient location to downtown.
