Such a cute cottage/cabin, very well appointed and designed. Felt right at home. The purple martins sang a pretty song in the mornings out front. Enjoyed heating with the pellet stove. Private location and very quiet. Convenient to the highway and we may even fly into the Cuba airport next time. Thanks for hosting and doing a great job.

Quiet neighborhood. Grandma lives with Dad and Mom at the end of the lane. Mom loves to garden, and at 92 grandma still has a few herbs she enjoys caring for. Dad hopes to get a few head of life stock after replacing the electric fence with woven wire. He has hired two friends two put the fence in, so they may be working near the house for a few weeks. No other neighbors are visible from the cabin, though it is only a few miles off I-44.
Though freshly gravelled the drive can be a bit muddy. In rainy weather it is best to park toward the left side of the driveway so the passenger side has good access to the front door.

I was born and raised in Missouri, but have spent a number of years teaching school and coaching homeschoolers in Romania. After the intensity of the Covid rush on homeschooling, I came back to Missouri for a sabbatical. In December 2022, I married Gene Miller and moved to Kansas. I am excited to host on Airnbnb and learn to care for my guests though not physically present.
