The house was so beautiful. My hubby and I are antique dealers and we always look at decor. Like if you go to a cabin it should look like a cabin..This was spot on. Decor was beautiful. The area is so peaceful. They had everything you need. This is a great place if you go to fish or crabbing, they have a seperate room downstairs for that. But if you don't go for the fishing . On the way there , so many places to buy fresh caught fish, crab, seafood like we did. We actually went as a meet up spot. Just to relax. The only thing I even have to say negative was someone before us messed with the TV and changed the color to black and white and we couldn't change it back. We relaxed, drank, ate. But to wind down we wanted to watch a movie , but it was black and white. Otherwise place was perfect. You can take a walk and no one on the street. Glad we stayed here and not actually in Lake Charles. We saved that for shopping, beach and dinner 1 night, lunch 1 day. Fsh fry for the rest.

Definitely recommended! I was born and raised in South West Louisiana. Made being home truly feel like being home. Tyson very helpful on any request i had that would be out of the ordinary to some. Great time I definitely needed it

Large house with a great location to stores and only a short drive to the beach! Bring mosquito spray if you plan on being outside anywhere within 40 miles ……Welcome to the south! lol
