Here, you’ll be within short walking distance to boutique shopping and restaurants; acclaimed breweries, pubs and cocktail lounges; music festivals and symphony; art galleries and art walks; Farmer’s market; biking, hiking and running trails; pickleball, basketball, swimming, bowling and playgrounds; reading and relaxation; winter sledding, ice skating and cross country skiing; breathtaking 360° valley and mountain views; and more. BEDROOMS A large master bedroom features a custom-built California king bed and en suite, including two vanities and a large spa-like walk-in shower with bench. An expansive picture window and open A-frame provide awesome views of the Bridger Mountains and Peets Hill across the street. Two other large bedrooms offer queen beds with stylish decor. All beds come with super cozy linens and new, comfortable mattresses designed and manufactured locally by Mattress Mill in Bozeman. LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN The living room is open and classy with comfortable furniture, a large 65” HDTV and gas fireplace with original brick. The completely renovated galley kitchen is equipped with new appliances, RO water system, and all the amenities you need for cooking. A wine bar and expandable table, along with an open concept between kitchen, dining and living room provides the perfect environment for entertaining. Large windows throughout provide plentiful natural light and incredible views of the Bridger Mountains and Peets Hill, along with the lively trails across the street. OFFICE An open office area includes a full desk, printer and high speed Gigabit WiFi, along with a convertible sofa bed that folds flat for an extra single bed if needed. GAME ROOM Feeling nostalgic? You’ll enjoy a small game room with table for board games and a classic arcade console, including favorites Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig Dug and more. PARKING/AMENITIES For parking, you will have a dedicated spot in the driveway and first come first serve street parking.
