Me and a friend of mine stayed in this house long-term. For whatever length of stay in Bangkok, I would fully recommend it! The house is clean and spacious and gets nice and cool with good airconditioning. The rooms come with each an own bathroom which is also super convenient. The house is set in Bang Chak, just a 5 minute walk from the BTS station. This makes it easy to get to the city center within about 20/25 minutes or so. The area itself is very local and you will find yourself surrounded by thai culture (a bustling market in the same street!). For a true thai experience in Bangkok it’s the perfect place, while the center is just a train away. While all that is awesome, what sets this place apart is the amazing hospitality of the host and her family. They showed us around the area and offered us additional services like weekly cleaning as well as getting our clothes washed and ironed to our doorstep! If you want a foreign city to feel like home, this is the place to stay.

the place is huge and is a great deal compare to the price. the host is super friendly and helpful. the first day we arrived at somewhere pass 12pm but she still waited and already cooked us a hot meal because she afraid it is gonna be hard to find things to eat at such late hour. the host live the opposite house so she can help whenever u need anything. Overall, i had great experience with this house. recommend to everyone. note: due to global warming, you will have to pay your own electric bill to be more attentive to save the electricity. the host will take photo of the electric meter when you check in and check out , and give to you later.
