Villa Gufo is an amazing villa equipped with every comfort and luxury. Here you have a unique panoramic view over the Itria valley. Our villa is located in the middle of nature, close to the coast and only 7 km from Ostuni center. Rent our entire villa exclusively for your group of up to maximum 12 people and enjoy in complete privacy. We offer a lot of extra services so that you can enjoy your holiday even more. VILLA Our villa is built on two floors, on both the ground floor and the first floor there is a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area with table and chairs and lounge. BEDROOMS There are a total of 6 bedrooms (4 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor) with luxurious double beds that can also be made up as single beds. Our mattresses, toppers, duvets and pillows are of very high quality and allergy friendly, bed linen is included. There is heating and air conditioning in each bedroom. BATHROOMS Each bedroom has a private bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, sink, towels, hairdryer and luxurious unisex products from Marie-Stella-Maris: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. All body products are free from (water) polluting microplastics, SLS, SLES, parabens, silicones and petrochemical ingredients. Not only better for the skin, but also for the environment! PANORAMIC TERRACE On our top floor you will find a large terrace with a unique panoramic view over the Itria valley. It is wonderful to stay here, the ideal place to have breakfast under the pergola in the morning or to enjoy the sunset with a drink in the evening. COOKING & EATING The two kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need: a dishwasher, Smeg gas stove with oven, large fridge with freezer, tea and coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, cups, cutlery, kitchen linen etc. SWIMMING Villa Gufo has its own private swimming pool with every luxury. All around you will find a lovely sun terrace with large sunbeds, parasols and there is also a pergola with an outdoor kitchen. Pool towels are included. LAYOUT TOP FLOOR: - 2 bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms - kitchen, lounge, dining room - large panoramic terrace with table, chairs, sun lounger, lounge LAYOUT GROUND FLOOR: - 4 bedrooms with 4 private bathrooms - kitchen, lounge, dining room - terrace and direct access to swimming pool and garden PRACTICAL WiFi (Starlink) is provided throughout the villa and is free. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, which can be used on request and for a fee. Parking on our property is free, the cars are fenced and secured on our property, access via an automatic gate. CLEANING We will replace the towels and beach towels during your stay and our team will also clean them in between. During cleaning, access must be granted to all areas of the villa including bedrooms and bathrooms. The final cleaning is done by our professional cleaning team and will be charged. IMPORTANT TO KNOW A deposit of €500 must be paid upon arrival (any damage or loss will be deducted from this). You will of course receive the deposit back from us as soon as the villa has been checked and approved by us. WASTE Groups are responsible for taking away their own waste. Everything is separated (mixed, paper & cardboard, plastic and glass). The waste is not collected at home but must be taken to the center of Ostuni at the waste sites provided for this purpose. Do you not wish to take away the waste yourself? Then we will do that for you. We charge an additional cost of €50 for this during your stay. ELECTRICITY The villa has an electricity meter that registers consumption. The average daily consumption included in the rental price is 30kWh. If there is additional consumption, this will be charged at the end of the rental period. We know from experience that this average is sufficient for the daily consumption of a group of up to 12 people. We also have solar panels. Rate is €0.50 per 1kWh on top of normal daily consumption. The reason why we use this is because there is a limited capacity in Southern Italy and electricity must be used wisely. Heating is gas, not electricity.
