The pictures hide the true look. Arrived to the overwhelming smell of marijuana from the house next door. I know host can’t control that; there was a foul smell coming from the tub/shower area. Also a huge patch on the wall from a pretty large hole. Hanging cable hookups; large raised patched area in the living room; foot prints on the laminate floor; huge scratches on the kitchen wall. The biggest issue was the back slider glass door lock was broken and would not engage. A wooden dowel was used as the only means to lock this door which was loose and could still be slide open several inches. The mgmt co did call me but essentially told me there was nothing that could be done due to it being a holiday weekend. Also falsely listed completely fenced in but it is not. They did however put up a tether for the dog. Bailey did text via the app but did not return my call and radio silence from Stephen. As a professional I just did not feel safe and found this property below standards. Unsafe.
