You are surrounded by the friendly easy going local town folks when staying at SnT Tourist Inn, so you are subject to the same services available to them and the noise generated in the area.
Like any Filipino, the neighbors may occasionally blast karaoke music from their houses. People gather in the streets to drink and hang while the barbecue stall serving local favorites of pork bbq and more is open. Meat sellers, Bread bakers, sari-sari (convenient) stores are available in the side streets. Roosters are abundant and may occasionally call out anytime of the day & night.

To get to SandT Tourist Inn-
From the airport, you will have two transfers. First, ask a taxi driver (fare ~50 pesos) to take you to the North Terminal SM City Cebu City. Look for the destination: Maya Daanbantayan, Cebu. Next, take the air conditioned bus (~150-250 pesos- fares might change). Last trip to Maya is 8pm with 12AM ETA. 
If you prefer not to take the bus, V-hire services are available at V-Hire Terminal SM City Cebu City.
To get around Maya barangay, walking will expose to the nuances of this place. However, motorcycles and tricycles are available to take you around.
