Difficile comunicazione tramite Airbnb. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare tantissimo prima di ottenere una risposta. Una volta in comunicazione l’host è stata reattiva. Ci è stato detto che l’ufficio si trovava accanto ad un ristorante (che in realtà non era di fianco, bensì più lontano e non segnalato). Abbiamo dovuto aspettare altro tempo prima di essere portati all’appartamento. L’appartamento era okey. Molto costoso per quello che offre e per la zona (ma comprensibile dato il capodanno cinese)

Host: Wonderful host! Great communication, friendly, inviting, and shared so much information about the local area. Apartment: Quite a bit of space for what you pay. As others have mentioned, you'll likely want a scooter or bicycle. The location is a bit of a walk to Luang Prabang's more dining and areas. It is nice for having a bit of space away from the town, however. A previous reviewer mentioned the place being very dusty, which while not inaccurate, lacked context. Once I arrived, it became easy to see it's not a case of owner negligence. -Everything- in that suburb is a bit dusty due to the dirt/clay roads. In that neighborhood, a bit of dust is inevitable if you leave the windows open (ie: for fresh air) for a considerable length of time.

A very happy helpful host. Our bus from Huay Xia was late by several hours, instead of 5 hours ended up being 12! Our host kept in contact with us, met us at our dropped location and walked us to the Airbnb. This was really lovely and made our day a lot less stressful. The accommodation is clean and exactly as listed. Clean kitchen, washing facilities and a large double bed with plenty of room. A sofa bed is in the room which is easy to convert and very comfortable. It has 3 locked doors from the road to the bedroom so felt very secure during the day and night. The host is a tour guide so gave good recommendations what to do during our stay. Which was very kind and needed. The bowling alley is a 5 minute walk and is very cheap and fun during the night. Overall a very good stay and would stay here/highly recommended to others.

As described it’s in the suburbs. If you have a vehicle and you come for at least few nights this is the place for you. Really spacious, very very large bad ,sepero closed balcony for dining. Simple but great place. The best of all Khek is also a travel agent. Fully recommend
