Host was responsive, just had an issue with the access card but was resolved next day. Wifi intermittent inside the room, if you are an international traveler make sure you secure an adoptor for your devices' chargers. I did not read this in all of the tips that I reviewed prior to travel. The area and view is worth it. Very walkable if your feet aren't tired from exploring. I liked the restroom the most which is very spacious. Even if the unit was shared, we did not get to encounter anyone as we were out during the day, felt like the place was totally ours. had our room cleaned on third day and none of our things were touched. receptionist was friendly, I think his name is Jordan.

I came from the other side of the planet (New York) to visit Singapore. The hotel knew I was arriving after the front desk had closed . When I did arrive the desk area had very little light and I still got no instructions on how to get the elevator to work (u need to swipe your room key over a sensor, we don’t have them where I am from), let alone where the elevator’s were or which one to take. I thought the one I found was broken so I carried 4 pieces of luggage up 11 (yes 11) flights of stairs to find out u can NOT access the entire hotel from either elevator or stairwell (the hotel is split in 2). They only clean ur room every 2 weeks (read the fine print), if u want more they charge S$50 per cleaning. When u check in u have to sign a 3 page agreement, what u can not do. it also lists everything in room and replacement value if broken. A mirror they said was S$180 when sticker on it S$71.44 and a dirty old couch with a slip cover on it valued at S$1000. Still loved Singapore.

Clean, comfortable and big room: big bed & roomy shower. Felt safe and comfortable in the evenings, but it's good to know that the building is located near an industrial area and overlooking the industrial ferry terminal. Bus stop and subway stops just a few hundred metres away and reachable by foot.

We needed a service apartment to stay in for a couple of weeks until we found a more permanent position. This suited us. We didn't have a car so we really got some exercise done. We had a view of the humongous cargo port that was a hive of activity - I had earplugs so that was not an issue. They said that room service (cleaning) was once every two weeks, but in practice it was once a week which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a very decent stay.
