FOR LONG STAYS FROM 1st DECEMBER TILL 31st JANUARY, BUT IT IS POSSIBLE TO EXTEND THE STAY TILL THE 31ST OF MAY. 300 €/MONTH with all BILLS included + 1 month security deposit. Single bed in a shared room for 2 with access to 2 shared bathrooms, 600 m from the beach, 450 m from the city center and 20 min from Lisbon. With desk, large built-in closets, shared closed balcony with double glazing and shared refrigerator. Shared kitchen and backyard. Comfortable and quiet. Upper bed (number 2). Family house with two floors, with 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 shared bathrooms and 2 double bedrooms downstairs. Annex (smaller independent house at the back of the big house) and terrace with barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining and gym at the back. Free parking in front of the house.

Estadia maravilhosa: o local tem lindas praias, várias opções de diversão, gastronomia e um por do sol à beira-mar extraordinário! Anfitriões, Teresa e seu esposo Sílvio são fantásticos, estão sempre cuidando para que tudo esteja impecável, cuidando do nosso bem estar, por isso, senti-me em casa e super bem acolhido! Na Costa da Caparica inteira, acredito que não exista um lugar melhor para ficar!
Ótima estrutura, pessoal do hostel são muito queridos e prestativos
Es una gran lugar para hospedarse. Terrsa es muy atenta y amable. Siempre están pendientes de todos, de que estemos a gusto y que todo esté bien. La casa es muy bonita, bien arreglada y muy limpia. Las camas son cómodas, baños amplios y cocina bien equipada. Escuchan el feedback de sus huéspedes y solucionan muy rápido. Están haciendo constantes mejoras a la casa para seguir brindando siempre un mejor servicio. Muy recomendado. La playa está a 5 minutos caminando.
It’s a very good place for a vacation where you can chill, relax and also meet people. The host is great and the place is very good. Will probably return

Twin house located on the main street of the city, with 2 floors with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and an independent T1 in the backyard. Just a few meters from the best beaches in the south bank, with surf lessons, board hire, gym classes, walks and bike rides along the cliffs and surroundings. Very close to good restaurants, bars, terraces and shops where you can find everything.

Olá! :-D Sou a Teresa, anfitriã na Costa da Caparica e adoro conhecer pessoas, fazer novas amizades e conviver. Amo a praia, o sol (sou fotovoltaica!) e o mar, as estrelas e as noites de verão e gargalhadas à beira-mar em boa companhia, com os pés cheios de água salgada e a mente cheia de sonhos!
