I frequently use this property along with my children when they are in town visiting. The two separate entertainment spaces work well to give the adults and kids two different locations to hang out. Adults seem to commune in the pool table room, which is on the first floor off of the kitchen. The kids seem to prefer the upstairs game room with air hockey, ping pong, basketball etc. The bedrooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The home has 4 bedrooms. 3 with queen beds, 1 with 2 full over full bunk beds (sleeps up to 8). 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath are on each floor. The bunkroom is on the second floor. There are two game rooms. The first floor pool room, has the pool table, arcade machine, and several wall games, darts, beanbag toss, chess etc. The backyard if fully fenced in. A split rail fence with wire mesh stapled on the inside keeps dogs and small kids contained, without obstructing the wooded view of the property. There are no homes next to the house on either side. There are a few homes located across the street from this house. The road gets very little traffic. Typically one or two cars an hour drive by.
