The apartment is very nice and spacious. Solarium gives you privacy and protection from cool winds and you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun on the balcony. Can highly recommend the apartment if the location on second floor is not an issue. + Comfortable beds Dishwasher Washing mashine Solarium with charcoil grill, table set and sunbeds 2 bathrooms Fully equipped kitchen Nice location close to Villamartin Gated area etc. - Noise from AP-7 Not allowed to use solarium shower Too small parasoll for solarium table

Ideale locatie voor een vakantie waar je tot rust kunt komen. Wifi deed het perfect. Was nodig voor mijn werk.

This apartment is really special, it was in a lovely location with great views and would make such a good holiday home we offered to buy it but it wasn't for sale. It is full equipped but it only has one aircon unit in the lounge and has no English TV stations. Also please be aware in the house rules you have to pay €10 per day for electricity. It is probably worth the total paid but it would be better if this was published on the front page with the other costs

Beautiful apartment with marble floors and nice decor. Had to pay extra for one set of bedding and one small and one larger towel each. Hot water was from a gas boiler which worked well for the shower but not for the kitchen taps or sinks.
