Beautiful home, perfect location and a great family friendly place. Our family very much enjoyed the space and would highly recommend. The hosts were super responsive. We would rent this again! Loved it!

Sawyer number one was a dream to deal with. He always responded if you had any questions.. I think the house was absolutely magnificent ..so clean had every single amenity you could ever want. Lots of towels. The pool was gorgeous. My grandkids never wanted to come out of it the hot tub was so clean. Everything was spotless. Kitchen was all high-end appliances, everything was really really magnificent because this home is so new and what was also, Lovely is that the bedrooms were all spread out so nobody was in anybody’s private space I cannot emphasize enough how fabulous this home was the kitchen, the televisions all over the pool, the hot tub immaculately clean so Fabulous ,,, my grandsons even had fun just running around in the three car garage at night so they could unwind. It was really unbelievably great to huge refrigerators. Definitely definitely highly recommend this place. Thank you Sawyer you were such a dream.

Prior to booking this , I looked at the reviews. I couldn’t believe how positive they all were (maybe the most positive reviewed place I’ve ever seen on Airbnb). The house did not disappoint. The set up was perfect for our group - all single level so it was very accessible. The kids LOVED the bunk beds. We all loved the heated pool. So nice and refreshing after a day at the beach. We watched basketball from the hot tub on the outdoor TV . The location is near downtown Sarasota, so you did have to drive anywhere you wanted to go (beaches , out to eat , shopping, etc), but that didn’t bother us at all for the amazing set up we had at the house.
