La estancia en el departamento fue muy agradable, es un espacio amplio y con una decoración hermosa, lleno de arte y libros. Ubicado en una zona residencial de Roma, el acceso fue fácil de encontrar. Naghi es un host muy atento, siempre muy amable y pendiente cualquier cosa que necesitaramos. Durante el verano el departamento se calienta mucho y aunque cuenta con aIre acondicionado en la recámara principal y el area común, las otras recamaras son muy calientes y es difícil ventilarlas. Fuera de eso es un gran lugar para quedarse sobre todo si estas buscando una estancia muy cómoda pues los espacios son muy grandes y en Europa eso no es fácil de encontrar. Disfrutamos mucho el departamento y lo recomendaríamos a cualquiera que fuera a visitar Roma!

This is a nice apartment located in a quiet residential area of Rome and in addition it has a private parking space that can fit 2 cars which is a great plus. A car is necessary for this location as there is nothing within walking distance and a taxi if available will take 20+ minutes to arrive. I planned a long stay in Rome so I asked the owner if we could see the place before actually renting. From prior experiences not all units in Rome are as good as they look in the pictures. The owner agreed and allowed a partial quick look and then we booked the place. The owner requires a ‘deposit’ for renting the unit to cover any damage or losses during the rental. I agreed and gave him a 900 euro deposit upon checking in. After checking in we had several uncomfortable issues that caused us to argue with the owner and everything went downhill from there. The unit’s description is inaccurate as the unit is not a 4 bdrm/ 3 bath. It only has 2,5 baths and this for a large family makes the unit much less comfortable, specially since the second bath is very small and most importantly the shower is very small and leaks all the water out. It mentions that bedroom 3 & 4 include Murphy beds but they were not present. I was not aware of any of these issues before checking in. Another issue that is important to know is that there is AC in the master bedroom and the living room only. The other 3 bedrooms have no AC. Fortunately we had some cool weather during our stay however sleeping with the windows open everyone in our group got chewed out by the mosquitoes. At the end of my rental period I was dissatisfied with the way the owner handled my deposit and this ended up in an heated argument. In the end I must say that the owner returned the deposit to my complete satisfaction and I also returned the unit in perfect condition as always when I have rented vacation properties on any website.

Sehr schön eingerichtete, grosse und sehr komfortable Wohnung. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr angenehm, um sich als Familie aufzuhalten. Das Sofa ist sehr bequem. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt und es hat sogar einen Parkplatz. Naghi war sehr flexibel mit dem Check-in und sehr herzlich um uns besorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung bietet fast alles, was man braucht, ohne Auto wäre man aber trotzdem recht verloren.

Wonderful stay! We loved Naghi's place. Naghi was very flexible and responsive to our needs The building has a lot of character, check out the unique staircase, and the apartment is styled, quiet and feels like home. We cooked almost everyday. We were five adults and felt comfortable, although the beds in the kids room are a bit narrow for grown up and there is no aircon there. The place is outside the touristic in a true Roman neighbourhood, which provides the opportunity to try local restaurants in Parioli , like DUKE's, which turned out to be the best experience we had in the two weeks we were in Italy. It does require though to treck back and forth to the city. There is train min away that conveniently brings to town but it adds easily 25 to 40min each way depending where you want to go. Something to keep in mind.
