We had a great time at Richard's villa, with a few small things ironed out it would be full marks. The building and pool are fantastic, the kitchen is a great size and there are wonderful views throughout. Checking in was a bit tricky as the GPS and address provided were not right. Also it wasn't clear the AC was initiated with a key card - both simple things to fix to make the first few minutes more effortless. Lastly the house was very bare, without some basic essentials we would have hoped for based on the listing to make the overall experience more inviting, and to save a trip on things like bin bags etc. Overall, we had a fantastic time in a beautiful part of the country.

First of all, the place is beautiful. It’s definitely worth the money. It’s nice around. Pool was amazing. View is great. You need to have to have a car in order commute from top to center like 10 minutes drive. Only thing is I wish they cleaned the place better. They failed at cleaning. Curtains were stained with dead flys. Also walls and cabinets. We Also we moved around some stuff and underneath was dirty. They need shampoo, body wash , hand wash in the bathrooms. We had to buy everything you can possibly think of that you need in a house. Nothing in the kitchen except some basic tools. You basically on your own if you decide to rent this place, keep your expectations low and make the best out of it.

It was a great location, great view, and very quiet. It had the basics but could have used some more working appliances and cooking supplies for those coming from far away. The internet worked well and Richard responded to questions quickly.
