Modern, extremely clean 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. One of the bedrooms offers a full working area including a desktop monitor and can easily be used as a sleeping space as well. The kitchen has plates, glasses, appliances, and tools. There are 3 Alexa devices inside the home that you can play music on or use as an assistant. Outside, relax on the deck facing the woods. You may bring up to 2 dogs, which cannot be left alone at the home, unless crated. Very modern home featuring Alexa throughout the home, a Nest thermostat, and dimmable lights. There are multiple steps up to the front door of the home and several single steps inside the home, therefore it is NOT ADA ACCESSIBLE. NEVER SMOKE INSIDE THE HOME, the cost to remove the smell is $1000. 2 Queen beds are available and there is a Queen air mattress available in hallway bathroom closet in case you need additional sleeping space for guests, to be used in the 3rd bedroom. Please do not rearrange the furniture. PET POLICY: You may bring up to 2 dogs with you. You must pick up their poop, please do not allow dog(s) on furniture, and they cannot be left alone in the home unless crated. A pet fee will be charged for the additional time it will take the cleaner to clean. Service animals are allowed, please be prepared to share what tasks those animals perform and never leave the pet(s) unattended at the house at any time. Water & food bowls will be provided, a medium sized crate and a dog bed. If your dog(s) cause damage to the property, you will be provided images and charged for the damage. No pets except dogs are allowed for health and allergy reasons. My cleaning crew and I strive to ensure the home is cleaned to a very high standard. Post each guest, the cleaning crew washes all linens, bath mats, bathrooms, kitchen, dusts, vacuums the entire home as well as mops the floors. No parties allowed. Quiet time starts at 10pm until 6am. Please keep music low so that neighbors don't complain. If you book the home for a party, you will be charged a $2000 fee. I do not offer refunds- please reach out to me throughout your stay with any requests and I will do my best to make your stay more satisfactory. There are 2 designated parking spots in front of the home. If you need additional parking, you may park on the road around the corner of the house or by the sidewalk across the street. At checkout, please leave the dishes inside the dishwasher and running, the dishwasher pods are located under the kitchen sink. Early check in and late check out can ONLY be allowed if you reach out to me ahead of your stay to obtain advance approval. This will be accommodated based on availability, but there is no guarantee.
