Great place to stay near Florence. Cinzia is a great host, she is very kind, generous and helped a lot during our stay at her place. She came to pick is up when we got late to catch direct bus to her place. Bus stop is 1-2 minutes away by walk and you can reach Florence in ~30 mins by bus and 15 mins by car. So recommend even if you plan to travel by Public transport. Room looks more better in real than pictures, it has nice small terrace facing garden, so you can relax there in the morning or evening!! Cinzia ist eine super freundliche und sehr nette Gastgeberin, sie kümmert sich um alles und ist immer ansprechbar. Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und hatten in der Unterkunft alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Eine besser Gastgeberin kann man sich nicht wünschen. Einzig das Bett ist etwas hart, aber für ein paar Nächte hält man das aus. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder 🏠🇮🇹

Cinzia is super friendly and always available. The place is in a good location if you want to take the bus into Florence central. Its also great if you have a car. Parking is secure and behind a gate off the road. Great access to Fiesole, Florence and a quick beautiful drive up into the Mugello area. Bathroom is very large and comfortable.

Cinzia is hands down THE BEST host! I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for how kind and helpful she was throughout our entire stay. She provided rides to and from town each day even though I was not expecting that at all. Her home is beautifully decorated (all by her) and each part of the space is a true work of art—the bedroom, the bathroom, and the patio area. I HIGHLY recommend staying with Cinzia as she’s the best host & the Airbnb is the perfect place to stay when visiting Florence! ☺️

It was such a cozy stay, we really liked the quiet neighbourhood. Main city is easily accessible by bus. Cinzia is a such a sweet host and she was always ready to help and give us good suggestions. Would recommend this.
