A fabulous house, great location, spotlessly clean, tons of parking. perfect for a large group. A pub at end of road & lovely walk along beach to Whitstable. Our NYE break was lovely & the house catered for our every need.

We had a lovely stay in Seasalter. It’s a great location near the beach and walkable to Whitstable . The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. All communication with the hosts was friendly and informative. We had a couple of issues with the heating and oven but the owners were very quick to come round and sort it out. All in all we had a great few days.

This new house was ideal for a family get together. It was spacious with well equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms (all ensuite). There were two lounges and also a games room with table football and some toys for younger children. The south facing deck out to the back was large with good table and chairs for sitting outside (even in October) to enjoy the sunshine. A gas barbq was available although we did not use it. Out front there was a large parking area which easily accommodated 4 cars. Situated only 50 metres from the sea front it was ideal for a morning swim . The coastal path gave access in both directions for some great walks. 30 mins east into Whitstable or alternatively west along the coast towards Faversham. For our cyclists there was easy access to the hills towards Canterbury or just simply follow the National Cycle route following the coast. Overall a really enjoyable place to be for a few days with family to celebrate a significant birthday. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay with friends. House was spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were a real treat. Having an en-suite in each room with plenty of hot water was great. Fab to have lots of parking. There is quite a busy train line at the end of the garden which for some could be an issue.
