We stayed a month and it was truly excellent. Hosts, including Giuseppe the sheepadoodle, were super nice. All appliances were top notch. Great location. Looking forward to our next stay. 5 stars plus one for the the dog.

Could not recommend staying with Bryce & Kent enough. The rumors about the "welcome" baked goods and the pillows are true! Everything about the place was top-notch from the kitchen appliances to the bathroom amenities. The furniture was really comfortable and for rainy days the TV was nice - by the way, name any streaming service, they have it. The back patio and the neighborhood in general is very peaceful and it's just a quick walk to several beautiful vantage points overlooking the ocean. Bryce regularly went above and beyond as a host and proactively reached out to make sure I had everything I needed. The whole experience was super smooth and I can't wait to come back. Bryce & Kent are the best!

Simply five stars from the very start. Place looks even better than the photos show, everything is high quality, none of those cheap pieces of furniture you can see owners added just to have more for the setup. Owners are very responsive, friendly and willing to help with anything you might need. Capo Beach is quarter mile walk, park for the kids is 1000 ft away, Sprouts and other stores like Nordstrom 10 min walk...there is also Trolley stop in the street that connects to Dana Point and Laguna Beach. Highly recommend!

Staying with Bryce and Kent was perfect. First things first, they're just the sweetest people with the CUTEST dog. They made us "welcome cookies" and chocolate chip banana bread!! Their house is AMAZING, the entrance was private & the room itself was so well thought out and adorable! My husband and I stayed for a month and had everything we could possibly imagine. We even went and bought ourselves the pillows they had on the bed... they were incredible. It has a private patio that made looking at the stars pretty magical & it was so close to the beach if we wanted to take our stargazing oceanside. Our only complaint was that we had to leave! 10000/10 would recommend.

At the time, there was no reviews for this listing so I was a bit hesitant on booking. But Bryce was very responsive to my questions and was very personable over text so I decided to book. I’m sure glad I did. Everything about this place was amazing. The location was great with easy access to the beach below. The place itself was very luxurious and had everything you need like a couple of beach chairs and and a nice blender. The bed, ultra luxurious pillows and sheets really topped off Bryce and Kent’s place. The bathroom itself was also very luxurious with a heated toilet and a heated ceiling light in the center that has an automatic shut off after a certain time period. So every time you stepped out of the shower, you were greeted with warmth. The outdoor private space was very nice with comfortable furniture. Overall, I would recommend to anybody. This listing is amazing as well as some amazing hosts, Bryce and Kent.
