Excellent location, an easy walk to Edgewater Beach. Upstairs neighbors were quiet and very friendly. The Airbnb was clean and cozy!

We loved every minute of being in this cozy and charming space! It was extremely comfortable in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, and honestly I would have liked to have stayed longer. Can’t wait to come back in the summer!

We were in town for the eclipse and this location was PERFECT to walk to a small park at Lake Erie...literally 3 blocks. Also close to downtown for either Uber or driving (we had a car). Street parking very convenient. The space is a beautifully renovated lower-level apartment in a large Craftsman home. If you enjoy the vibe of older homes, this house is perfect..a little quirky but overall very comfortable. Side entrance and front porch/ foyer shared with upstairs apartment, but overall was very private...we did not see (only heard) the neighbors when they left or came home. Kitchen has everything needed to cook if you want to(be aware no vent hood), and Keurig machine with a supply of coffee pods was a bonus. Dave and Jolene were very helpful sharing information about road closures during eclipse and overall very friendly.

The apartment is very nicely decorated, light and bright and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed(with the exception of a potato peeler). The dining table will only seat 4 people, so if you have a larger party or guests, you may have to contact the host. We found the host and co-hosts to be very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much.
