Welcome to our holiday home Le Hibou. It is located on the small-scale holiday domain Aux Martis, in the beautiful countryside of the Lot-et-Garonne (on the border with the Dordogne). At the end of a gravel road and hidden among the old oaks, you imagine yourself in the middle of nature here. But: civilisation is always nearby and the holiday home is fully equipped. The terrace overlooks the valley and a small path leads to the swimming pool for a refreshing dip. The ground floor consists of: - the dining area with modern equipped kitchen: electric oven and induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher - a sitting area overlooking the terrace and a sitting area by the wood stove (wonderfully cosy and warm during the colder months) - the bathroom (shower, washbasin) with toilet - two bedrooms: one bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and one bedroom with one large bed (160x200) From the living room a staircase leads to the mezzanine where there is a third bedroom with one single bed (90x200). On request we can provide a cot and/or a high chair for free. Bed linen is provided, bath linen is not. About 50 metres from the holiday home is a communal building where you can use a washing machine (free of charge)

Endroit calme et paisible à la campagne. Le logement est conforme à la description, idéal pour passer un séjour en familles ou en amoureux. La terrasse extérieure est très appréciée avec une vue en hauteur sur la piscine. Joram a été très accueillant et est toujours disponible si besoin. Je recommande le logement et la visite de Monflanquin.

Nous cherchions une location un peu dans la nature pour passer une fin d'année familiale pépère: le gîte de Joram nous a ravis!!!!! C'était parfait! La maison est impeccable, cuisine au top, poêle qui chauffe bien, lits douillets, et tout ça au calme. On a adoré, merci beaucoup!

Super résidence. Calme et reposant. Idéal avec des enfants. Possibilité de balades, aire de jeux, et superbe piscine. Je recommande vivement.

We are located in south-west France, on the border of Lot-et-Garonne and Dordogne. We are surrounded by rolling hills and dense forests, by historic castles and mystical ruins. This region is known as the "Coeur de Bastide". Bastides are fortified towns built in the Middle Ages, mainly found in the south-west of France, and we are surrounded by some of the most famous bastides: Monflanquin, Villeréal and Monpazier. There are of course several other fairy-tale villages in the area that are worth a visit: Issigeac, Pays-de-Belvès, Pujols, Puy-l'Évêque, Sarlat-la-Canéda, etc.
We are in the middle between the big cities of Bordeaux (160 km) and Toulouse (150 km). Closer by, you have Villeneuve-sur-Lot (25 km), Bergerac (45 km), Agen (55 km) and Cahors (80 km), among others.

出行信息

We are in the French countryside and the nearest town/village with amenities is about 8 kilometres away. To get here easily and to discover the surroundings, we recommend you to come by car or by (electric) bike. The last 250 metres to the holiday home are via a dirt road. You can park in front of the holiday home. Those with a sporty and/or low car should park near our sanitary building, just before the road starts climbing (this is not far from the house).
