Lo bueno: son 2 cuartos, hay cocina y utensilios, esta en general bien amueblado. La ubicacion es muy cerca de la playa y restaurantes. Lo malo, no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, solo en el area comun y no es suficiente, Las camas son incomodas, y los muebles estan viejos. lo peor fue que dejamos ropa para secar afuera del cuarto en el espacio privado del airbnb y se la han robado! Ya no la encontramos mas.

We really appreciated that the host was responsive when we contacted them late at night and was willing to send someone to meet us to open the door when we arrived at 2:30am. Unfortunately the host hadn't ordered a water tank for the apartment in time and so we didn't have any water the entire stay. Additionally the place was dirty with sand and some garbage on the floor. The furniture was marked up the the couch was dirty. We let the host know of these issues, they were very responsive and gave us a full refund the same day. They said they're starting out and figuring things out and they will be hiring a new cleaning person. I believe with this experience they will be sure to improve the AirBNB. However, even with water and a clean place, the price is high for Puerto Lopez ($60/night) and should probably come down. Also, I recommend the host not accept a booking in the future if they aren't sure they'll have water.
