Months prior, I had reached out to ask if our group could have the hot tub chemicals to treat the tubs ourselves. I was told that a service attendant would come if we requested it. We stayed for 3 nights and after our 2nd day of skiing, I messaged to have the service attendant treat the hot tub while we skiied the next day. When we returned from skiing, the tub had not been treated. I messaged to ask why this was not done and was told that the service attendant was informed to do this, but likely forgot. The attendant was contacted again, and then showed up to treat it immediately. I was frustrated as I was reassured that our service requests would be fulfilled, but this ended happening at the exact time that we hoped to be all enjoying the hot tub, in the sun after our day of skiing. As we only stayed at the property for 2 full days, missing that opportunity to be in the hot tub, facing the mountains and afternoon sun was significant. Other than this, our stay was great.

Cool property, 2 hot tubs is a great feature for a large group, expensive but worth it!

Great stay! Would recommend and would book again. I think chemical for hot tub maintenance had been forgot as the water was a bit smelly, but after messaging Diana she was very quick to respond and had someone there to fix it right away. We rented this place to celebrate a family Christmas and there was more than enough room for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils needed
