It is just 2 Km from the pretty village of Salignac.

There are many glorious walking & cycling trails that start from the doorstep. The surrounding Countryside is filled with amazing wildlife, rare & beautiful wild flowers.
Many of the most beautiful villages in France, majestic Chateaux along the banks of the Dordogne & 147 UNESCO World Heritage sites of prehistoric importance are all close by.

Accommodation for Larger groups
The Cottage is next door to our Beaux Reves 5 star Villa. Each house is completely private & separate from each other with their own private garden and Beaux Reves pool. However, both houses can be rented together to accommodate larger groups of up to 12 people.

There is a lot to see in this beautiful and varied region of Perigord Noir.
The best way to see the area is by car.

Check-in time is between 4.00pm and 9pm.
If you are going to arrive outside these times, please let us know in advance so that we can make sure we give you the warm welcome that you deserve. We cannot guarantee your room will be ready before 4pm. But you are welcome to leave you bags here until it is.

From Brive La Gaillarde
1. Take exit 51 from the A20 and follow the D60 towards Sarlat.
2. Drive through Salignac-Eyvigues.
3. After Intermarché (on the right), take the second left towards Carlucet. Les Charmes is sign posted from this point.
4. After 1.5km on this small road, fork left.
5. After 300m you will see the hedge surrounding the property. Make two right turns into the drive and you will see the Manor house, Villa and cottage. Welcome!
From Sarlat la Canéda
1. Take the D60 towards Brive. Continue straight on towards Salignac through the village of St Crépin et Carlucet, staying on the D60.
2. Continue for another 3km past the municipal stadium (on the right).
3. After another 500m, turn right towards Carlucet. Les Charmes de Carlucet is signposted from this point.
4. After 1.5km on this small road, fork left.
5. After 300m you will see the hedge surrounding the property. Make two right turns into the drive and you will see the house. Welcome!

Trains:
Paris to Brive la Gaillarde 4 hours then Car hire. (40 minute drive).
Gare de Sarlat (15 minutes drive)
Bordeaux you can get the TGV train from Paris, fast and best trains in France.
The drive from Bordeaux to here is 2.15 hrs max.
