We didn’t have hot water the first night. Vacasa fixed it the following morning. Maintenance said this unit’s water heater has broken several times. A few hours later, all the water was shut off & never came back on. They said it was the well. We weren’t offered accommodations until 10:30pm on our last night. Airbnb offered me a 30% discount for each affected night. I asked to talk with the host & waited. After 2 days, I reached out they said they already contacted me, & we agreed to a refund. I wasn’t contacted about a “refund”. I told them I wanted at least 1/2 ($275) of my stay refunded & the manager agreed to this. I then received a text offering less. I asked why she agreed to 1/2 & she didn’t reply. They offered $200 & I said no. I was told $225 was the max because they had to pay the cleaners, which is ironic because the house was dirty (floss in the shower, coffee on the countertop, dirty dishes, etc). We agreed upon $225. They refunded me $122 & I had to ask for the rest.

This condo was wonderful! Lots of room, modern, and clean. The kayaks and paddle board provided were great! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice space with many things to do and eat nearby. The upstairs tv did not work which meant there was only one entertainment space that then had to be shared among the children and adults. Overall very happy with the stay!

We had a great stay. Several restaurants nearby and enjoyed our boat rental from Anna Point Marina

Very nice and clean town house right across the road from Lake Anna. Queen-sized bed on the first floor and two double beds on the 2nd floor were very comfortable. Shower pressure was great in both showers. Plenty of towels. You can walk to several restaurants but anticipate a rural community otherwise (which we liked). Since we were there in February we didn't use the back patio but it would be nice in warmer weather. Only things that would have made it a perfect stay is if they had an instruction book for things like the electric fireplace, the upstairs TV & info about what to do with garbage and recycling. There was no sponge or dishwasher machine detergent but when I reached out they offered to bring the supplies over. There were only 2 Keurig pods so if you're a coffee drinker bring some with you. The house was modern and comfortable and we so appreciated being able to bring our dog! Would stay again if in the area.
