Evolve's place is a very nice home in an excellent location. We travel to Leesburg often for business and always stay in the Villages. It was very clean and looked like a brand new home. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful home! We had a death in the family and was needing a last minute place to stay. This host was very accommodating and understanding. We enjoyed the peaceful home and highly recommended it.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. Best place I’ve stayed. Only complaint and it’s minor. Several online instructions didn’t match the actual process. No mention of $30 a day rental fee for golf cart online, booking number like stated on line, actually not the code to get in. Took an email, instant chat and a text to get info on getting a pass to use the amenities only to get info. Too late to use for trip. Kelly is a great property manager and very helpful. Again location 10/10, house 10/10 now I want to buy in the area after staying there.

The home was beautiful, very clean, inviting, no clutter, great location in a classy community. So many activities for adults! We chose this rental for many reasons including a golf cart. I received a message after booking that in order to use the cart, we had to contact the host first. I texted, called, and emailed the host 2-weeks prior to check in and then days before our arrival with zero response (we also had questions about use of facilities around the community). I finally reached out to Evolve (company that manages the property) via DM and they responded saying they would contact the host. I did, later that evening after we checked in, get a call from the owner who was very very nice and explained how to get in and use facilities (pickleball courts, tennis, pools). We never used the golf cart because we never heard from the host. But, that didn’t ruin our stay. Would still DEFINITELY recommend this location and home! We had a wonderful time (and got a lot of steps in instead)!

The house is immaculately decorated and inviting. Has all you need for a perfect stay. House instructions were thorough and owner was communicative. Fabulous area with beautiful walking path and friendly neighbors.
