Situated in an enviable location, a stones throw away from a stunning pebble beach and right on the door step of a picturesque links golf course. This place is the perfect location for couples, friends and small families. Just step out of the door and walk for miles in either direction along the beautiful Aberdeenshire coastline. Comfortable living room with log burning stove and tv. Spacious dining kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge freezer. 3 large bedrooms, one with en suite. Bathroom with over bath shower. Gas central heating, electricity, linen and towels, fire wood bundle included. Enclosed garden and private parking for 2 cars. Strictly no smoking in any area within the home.

Great house, great location, great time!
Wij hadden een geweldig verblijf in een heel gezellig huis met een omheinde tuin. Bedden waren mooi opgemaakt, handdoeken waren aanwezig. Het huis is heel praktisch en is rustig gelegen. We kregen voor aankomst heel wat info en als we tijdens het verblijf nog vragen stelden kregen we heel snel antwoord. Het enige wat wij misten was een grote pot om spaghetti te koken.
This is an excellent Bnb. It’s so much roomier than we expected. It has a bonus laundry room, sitting area and available garage for cycle or luggage storage. Louisa checked in with us regularly during our month long holiday, providing local suggestions and making sure we were happy. It’s in a very quiet seaside town, with the golf course just at the door. The course has a small restaurant/bar that is open daily and on weekend evenings for a cheeky pint. We had our pup with us and he very much enjoyed all the walking areas and even met some new buds to have a play with. The house was clean, comfortable and just as pictured in photos. Nice closed in yard, friendly neighbours and even a chance to view the Northern lights. Sunrises from the master bedroom window are spectacular. Thank again Louisa for a lovely stay.
A fantastic place. Lovely views and so peaceful. Plenty of space, much more than we expected. Lots of amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer), along with all the stuff to use them. Great host, a good base to explore the region.
This was our first visit, of many I hope to this lovely cottage. Louisa was a great host, the cottage is perfect with lots of space, very nicely decorated, cosy, just ideal and there was nothing you could possibly find fault with. The location is brilliant, very close to the sea, 20 yards from the first tee of a great golf course and lots of little villages close by. This is a lovely place very much worth visiting and good value making it a place we'd come back to for sure, and I'm certain others will feel the same once visiting.
