Inexpensive place to stay in the suburbs of Galway. Chris is a very helpful and welcoming host. The room is exactly as I expected as per the photos, basically somewhere to sleep, no room for a chair or to work, and the room and shared bathroom were clean and tidy. The only negative for me, as mentioned by another reviewer, was the very strong pet odour which carries from the front hall through to the top floor where the room is. For me this is not something I am used to, so I found it very noticeable and a big negative, but I know that pet owners probably are used to this kind of thing and it may be ok for them. Aside from this, the listing is good value for money by Galway standards. Handy for buses to city centre and ATU, handy for motorway access, walkable to the Galway Clinic, and plenty of green areas on the doorstep. Chris couldn't have been more helpful, so thanks again.

La habitación es perfecta, tiene un mueble con té, café y tartaletas de manzana. El baño es compartido pero está muy bien. No tenemos ninguna pega.

christopher knows how to welcome people. nothing to say on this. I felt welcomed and all tje recommandations he gave me helps to improve my roaming in Galway city. For people who could be allergic to dogs or sensible with odoor, it is important to consider the strong smell of dog which can be felt from the 3rd floor. All the rest, the host, cathering, cleaness, bed comfort, neighborhood, parking access, it was amazing.
