A great place to live like a local. Super convenient for the MRT. Fresh market on street next door. Big supermarket a few minutes away. Lots of great restaurants on doorstep with reasonable prices. The apartment itself is great, clean and has everything you need. Internet is fast. TV has some English news and movie channels. Shower is powerful. Note: the apartment is a duplex and the second floor has quite low ceilings, especially in the bathroom. If you are over 6 foot I don’t think you would enjoy the shower so much.

I grew up in Taipei and rented this unit for a visit with my family. Its prime location, situated above a subway and bus stop with numerous dining options and convenience stores nearby, made it very convenient. FLoRe assisted with our luggage during check-in, which was appreciated. Upon arrival, we discovered hair on the master bed and in the shower. FLoRe arranged for a cleaner the next day, though we had to change the bedsheets ourselves, and the only available sheets were new unwashed ones. During the first week, we encountered some cockroaches (not unreasonable in Taipei), but FLoRe promptly provided effective roach poison upon notification. The in-unit washer/dryer was convenient, but be prepared for extended cycles—3 hours for washing and 5 hours for drying. Planning ahead for laundry is necessary. Despite minor inconveniences, I consider this unit a good choice overall.

Great place in a very convenient location. Yongchun MRT steps away and Youbike right across the street. Traditional market around the corner and lots of good street food options. The place looks like the pictures and was very clean. My wife and I were there for 5 weeks taking classes and it worked out great. Did get tired of the spiral staircase, but it was still well worth it. We would stay again.

The place is clean and tidy just as the photos shown. The location is good, lots of food options around and the MRT is right next to us. The only thing that’s concerned for us was the the difficulty of getting the luggage up the spiral stairs so instead we left the luggage downstairs and that worked out alright.
