Overall: We like the accommodation as it is fully equipped. We feel like home. Good: - Host is responsive and helpful - 10 minutes drive from mid town which is good To put into consideration: - There is no elevator. Stair is quite small. You need to be careful when walking up and down. If you have any heavy luggage, guys at cafe can help. - Smelly bathroom, yet it seems fine after one shower

Good: - relatively quiet - decent coffee on the ground floor - lively street (though very small) - spacious room - mall around the corner - super responsive host - free washing service (good on the one hand) Bad: - bad smell in the bath - very humid - no common area (cafe is not heated and was very cold when we were there) - long distance to to the city (~17-30min by taxi) - not much to explore around the location - we stayed for a week but neither had cleaning utensils to clean ourselves nor got a cleaning service - couldn’t handle the washing machine ourselves (bad on the other hand)

Everything about the stay was perfect. This was the first time for my family to stay in Air Bnb and honestly the experience was beyond perfect. The stay felt like home the locality was very lively but too noisy. The coffee shop was like cherry on the cake. Thank you so so much for making our trip so memorable.

my friends and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the 4 nights we were in Hanoi, the Minh Khai accommodation was relatively quiet as compared to other parts of Hanoi and traffic doesn’t get too loud in the morning. its as described in the listing, easily accessible and there’s also lots to do around the area. the host was responsive and staff at NYNA coffee were incredibly helpful as well. would definitely recommend this accommodation to others! :)
