Yoel's place is perfect in every way & Yoel and his wife are the perfect hosts. From the moment of booking Yoel provided clear instructions and communication and was available to answer any questions. The kitchen area was perfect and equipped with anything that you might need to cook during your stay. All appliances worked well and were very easy to use. The (extremely large) bathroom was stunning with a large shower with immaculate water pressure and temperature. There is a huge medicine cabinet which will fit everything that you need to put there, and if not there is storage space beneath the sink as well as a drawer. Perhaps my favorite part of the apartment is the bed--it is seriously comfortable. Temperature control was never an issue and there is a large window above the kitchen that allows in natural light during the day. Perfect location (90 second walk from the L), tons of resturants and bars in the area, and right across from a park.

Great little studio for a single traveler or couple. Yoel was flexible with check-in/check-out, drove extra espresso pods over to the unit, and gave an awesome list of neighborhood recommendations. Easy access to the L train. Highly recommend this place, especially if you're seeing shows at Brooklyn Mirage.

Great stay. Location is perfect--a short walk to the L line. We had our dog, so having the side yard was nice.

Yoel’s place was as described. Small studio with a huge bathroom. Stairs down to the basement might be difficult for any one with limitations. Yoel was kind and offered recommendations. In the heart of Bushwick and very close to the train.
