Place was extremely good, had a nice stay and the host is very responsive and the helper was very helpful as well I recommend this place and might stay longer next time

My family and I had a different experience for this specific airbnb, the host was responsive but there were hidden fees that you’d need to pay if you bring a car…ranges from 450 pesos to 600 pesos for our 1 day stay. I was able to mention to the host to be clear with the information and not during the check in process, we had no choice but to pay since we were already in the airbnb area. Next, we were there at 3:30pm and waited for additional 30-40 mins because there were no batteries in the aircon remote. During this process we also checked the area, there were no bedsheets and pillows for my family members which I assumed, the staff did not check the airbnb before we checked in and they came afterwards with batteries for the remote & pillows. Next problem, the AC was leaking where we had to use electric fan as an alternative. Though the host was able to give us an option, she was responsive with our concerns but hopefully in the future, she can have the airbnb checked prior to guests

It’s a very friendly neighbourhood, very secure building. The room is very nice and tidy, we were surprised by how equiped the kitchen was. The beddings are comfortable, nice balcony view as well. AC and water worked all fine.

Place was incredibly clean and a/c was cold despite the windows being from floor to ceiling. Host is extremely considerate and understanding. Will definitely book again. Thank you again!
