We are in the area a few times a year for music events and this has been our favorite spot to stay. Karen made everything super easy and was very responsive. The cottage is peaceful and charming. We loved that we could have our dog with us. Grateful for an accommodating host. We absolutely plan to stay here in the future.

We are frequent visitors to this area of Tennessee, having family nearby. In the past we have always stayed with family, but decided to get a space of our own this time. The exterior was very nicely maintained. The inside was clean and absolutely charming with anything and everything we could possibly need to make our stay feel like we were at home. We brought our two small dogs and they settled in perfectly as if they've been there before. The enclosed back porch, patio and firepit are great for enjoying the weather and time outside. We will for sure be staying at Karen's place from now on when we come to visit. Thank you Karen for being such a wonderful host!

Karen’s place may be the cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed at. It was also cute, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes and glassware. This is important to us because we prefer cooking to eating out. The towels and linens were very nice. Our fur babies enjoyed the yard. Although not fenced in, it is back away from the road and far enough from neighbors that they could safely explore the yard. Karen is an excellent communicator. She was very responsive to our questions and flexible regarding our check in time. We would definitely stay here again.
