I had an unusual situation and had to cancel my stay due to medical reasons. Beery was MOST helpful and accommodating where AIRBNB were not. Beery went out of her way to help me out with what was truly an unfortunate situation. I would stay with her in a second.......she is kind, customer focused and flexible--highly recommended!!! Thanks Beery--you are the BEST!!!

This unit would exceed my expectation. The rooms are cozy, actually the whole place itself. AC works well, comfy bed, hotel like linens and towels. The bathroom is so clean. Fast internet, Smart TV with Netflix access. It has a nice vibe which conducive place to work. Ms Berry was very responsive and have smooth communication with her. Near to the malls as well. Highly recommended to stay if you are in Cavite area. Will most definitely stay in this unit again soon!! Thank you again Ms. Berry :) hope we can come back again soon.

This stay was the worst experience I had in all my travels around the Philippines and everywhere else. I write these 100% true details only to inform anyone considering a stay here. Then use your own judgement. I expect the host will try to defend, but just know that I did not exaggerate anything here. I have message history to prove it. The property is ok, no complaint about it. The complex staff is friendly. Provided amenities are nice. Host is responsive. But that is all I can say positive. The neighbor's many dogs across the street are a constant 24 hours a day and night nuisance howling and barking. The dogs are in cages. Even with the bedroom AirCon running, the dogs still were loud.  There are cats in cages too, and you will hear the cats at night calling too sometimes.  Additionally, the actual property has a few roosters caged in the yard. They will crow early each morning and through the day.  You will hear them too.  THERE IS NO PEACE HERE. We were told that only between 4pm & 6pm is only when we will see the caretaker, but the host, and/or the caretaker, and/or gardeners are frequently around the property. By the way, there is a separate attached room to the back of the house for the caretaker and host (separate entry).  In addition, I witnessed the caretaker frequently washing loads of laundry and hanging it to dry. Maybe they are laundering for other properties or running a laundry service business from here. In any case, THERE WAS LITTLE PRIVACY FOR US. We were very considerate  and conservative about our power consumption, and there was no mention in the listing about host management of the aircon usage.  But the host micromanages the air-conditioning usage anyway. Example, on one day we left to visit the market, when arriving back, the air conditioner was turned off from the outside and we walked in to a hot oven house carrying our bags. I asked the host not to interfere with our AirCon usage, and she said she will keep doing it. Two major items about the unit were not set up like what the listing advertised. The stove was outside, not in the kitchen, the Al Fresco setup was missing. Also, bedding cover was full size not queen size. The bed top sheet also was missing. A couple other small things like hair dryer and shampoo to be included were missing. After requesting the blanket and sheet they were quickly provided. After much back and forth struggle with the host, she finally agreed to move a dual burner inside and set up the Al Fresco. There are two types of ants in the unit, ghost ants and small black ants. A few small lizards too. The toilet is placed so close to the bathroom wall that adults can not sit normal there because your knees will touch the wall. You will instead sit there sideways. Thankfully, and with great appreciation, after complaining to the host she offered to refund a majority of my payment, and we left the property early.  But you all should still know what happened to us here.

It’s an awesome place to stay, if you like a country lifestyle.. this place is good for you! The place is clean, and quite neighborhood. You felt safe inside the subdivision, it’s not that far from the main highway so most of the time we walked going outside. I highly recommend this place! The host is kind & helpful, I love this place and We appreciate the host Ms. Beery.
