Tonya was a gracious and responsive host. I selected the house b/c it was near my own home and the guests were coming to Tallahassee for my wedding. Tonya kindly facilitated early entry so I could use the kitchen for staging some of the wedding food. The house is not fancy but was clean and neat, had 3 bathrooms, and beds for 10 -- just what we needed. The kitchen amenities were somewhat limited, but we did find kitchenware in the dishwasher on day 2. Very reasonably priced if you have a crowd coming to town to attend Tallahassee events. I will book it again in future!

Master bedroom door would not close. Internet was not good and didn’t support Roku device.

This location was perfect for us, near FSU as well as restaurants and shopping. The house was great with a few minor issues. There was some dust on the floors with a considerable amount of dust on the ceiling fans and wall vents. The garbage pails outside were completely full when we arrived. Also there was a noticeable slope in parts of the floor space along with some soft spots in the flooring. Everything else was great, we had plenty of space with TV's everywhere and a very nice kitchen space. I'm sure they will take care of some of these issues for future clients but it's a good idea to ask about them first.
