When we first arrived, the house was not cleaned very well. The refrigerator was messy, with spilled or leaked food. The floors were still dirty. Bed linens and the "clean" ones in the closet were not clean. We all had to wash our linens before sleeping. One upstairs toilet was broken and would stay running, causing the local water to turn off the water to the house. In one upstairs bedroom, the bed frames basically fell apart as soon as the guy laid down. Also had ants in one of the bathrooms. To say the least, the first few days of the stay were questionable. However, the host made sure everything we encountered was taken care of and apologized. She sent out a plumber to handle the toilet. She ordered and had delivered brand new towels and linens. Ordered and delivered bug spray plus brought in an exterminator. Had a different cleaning crew come in and clean the house much better than it had been. All in all, the host took care of all the issues promptly, and I would stay again.

This was a great house. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The neighborhood was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
