Land is Private and nicely secluded. Home is a duplex type, but not shared. there are only 3 units on this 1.5 acre land which is perfect for privacy. please know that property is near a main road so a bit of traffic can be heard but it has not been a problem with past guests.
Parking is very convenient, you can park in front of the unit
