A perfect place to get out of the hustle of Mumbai City and have a peaceful weekend. Ritesh is a wonderful Proactive host who makes it very easy for the guests from the time you check in to the time you check-out. Go for it and enjoy the beauty of Palava City. Best time to visit- June to Feb.

I would mention both the positive and negatives of the place (rarely some) Positive: 1. The owner and his support - always one foot forward to help and ensured that the stay was as homely and cosy as it could be 2. The room was considerably clean 3. Extra cot was needed and owner left no heels to meet our demand 4. Early check-in was needed and the host was over supportive Cons: 1. Washroom was overall clean but had a cigerate butt which the owner said could not be cleaned since we had checked in - it was a minor concern 2. Host had faced some issue for which he could not help us with the gas 3. Most importantly although the host went out of bounds to help us accommodate the 6 of us - but the house is ideal for 4 and has in house capability to have 4 people stay comfortably - but due to the efforts put by the host I have to give this place 4 stars

The place was not cleaned properly even after the initial heads up to Ritesh. He did offered us to checkout with full refund but it was too late to get any other B&B. The microwave was not operational ( Ritesh was aware of it) there were stains and dust all around the place. Refrigerator had fungus growth all over. There were leftover soaps, dustbin was not emptied. The bed made strange noises while sleeping. Balcony was full to dust and became a no go area. Host told us he cannot perform deep cleaning because of the cost. Next morning some cleaning was done to make the space normal. Ritesh told us that he is not a pani puri seller who can satisfy all the clients. While checkin he told us checkout usually is 2pm later on the day or check out he didn’t consider anything asked us checkout by 11/12. The gym and Pool facilities are for the owners in Palava City and guest need to pay to get in. The information on the portal is very misleading and amount paid is not at all worth it.

We really had a good stay at Ritesh's place. He was very cooperative. He has helped my parents reach and check in there in absence of me. Rooms were neat and clean and the apartment has a modular kitchen so you can cook if you wish for a long stay there.
