The room was fine, and the breakfast was quite good. There were several shops and restaurants around the hotel. I don't have particular complaint about the hotel itself or its environment. The problem was that, even though I had paid to Airbnb, I was requested to pay to the hotel on the checkout. I have explained several times, and I have to say that Airbnb support was not very helpful on the spot. (Airbnb support repeated that I didn't have to pay, which I understood well but the Hotel didn't!). I did not want to take a risk of being arrested etc. so in the end I paid with the credit card, after wasting hours at the front desk. Airbnb support did contact the hotel, and they took the procedure to refund me (I am still waiting it to appear on my statement). Hopefully the hotel learned the system of Airbnb, so future travelers will not have the same issue. But I can't give a good rating (I haven't yet received any apology from the hotel).
