The place is really nice, super clean and matches all the photos and descriptions, and the location is amazing, lots of restaurants around and close to the bus stop too!

An uptown bargain. There are several modest rooms in this listing in the up-and-coming uptown neighborhoods of Corso Italia and Regal Heights. Location is near an easy-to-find intersection. Many restaurants, brewpubs, take-out and luncheonettes are within a few minutes walk. Shared kitchen is clean and tidy. Be ready to climb steps, all of the units are up a flight of steps or two. Nice views of the busy street, but quiet at night. A good price for a good location. Une bonne affaire dans les quartiers chics.
