Had a group of 6 adults and four kiddos. Was a great stay for all! We will be back to Holiday Valley area and would most likely rent this place again. Had one small inquiry that the host helped take care of right away. The basement area is great. Plenty of room to park and nice views. Thanks again ~

Great home. We felt very comfortable. Beautiful view of ski hills. Easy to find and close to amenities. Such an enjoyable relaxing experience!

This home was beautiful! Myself and 5 other friends stayed here for the weekend and it was clean, stocked full of amenities and super spacious. The location was a perfect distance to the main strip of Ellicottville and you could see some of the Holiday Valley slopes from the living room window. My friends and I all loved this stay and are considering rebooking here again in the future.
