Scott was very responsive. The condo was absolutely adorable. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, and lots of extra touches that made our stay special. The location to what felt like our own private beach was exactly what we hoped it would be. The shed with beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use was an excellent perk that we greatly appreciated. Though we had people staying above us and next to us, we never heard them! Loved the ease of accessing the condo as well. Highly recommend and we will certainly be back.

Newly renovated and meticulous attention to detail regarding all the amenities in the condo. Scott was super responsive and helpful. I've been visiting Treasure Island for 50 something years and never stayed close to John's Pass and enjoyed walking to restaurants and shopping. Look forward to staying there again on future visits....if available.

Couldn’t have been better from start to finish! Wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to go back! Location, location, location! Very clean! Responsive communication! Just perfect!

This place was great! Literally steps from the beach and in walking distance to John’s Pass which has a lot of shops and restaurants. The house was clean and used the limited space it had very well with hanging space for clothes and room under the beds to store suitcases. The kitchen was fully stocked and the complimentary beach chairs/equipment was so nice! I was 10/10 stay there again. CONS: there is only one parking spot for the property and no free parking close. We ended up paying around $200 in parking because we brought more than one car. Also the washer/dryer combo is very small and doesn’t work very well so I wouldn’t plan on doing a lot of laundry. None of these things were major problems and would not deter me from staying in the future just something to keep in mind!
