Had a terrible experience. Host (Irene) was unhelpful towards check in as no cars were able to stop infront of security, and have to wait for staff that took roughly 10-15 mins to arrive downstairs which causes me to round the junction several times. Host solution: “You have to find a way to stop yourself” Host was also rushing for deposition towards the stay. Felt unwelcome, we still insisted to decide to stay. Once arrived, the “smart” tv was unable to use, toilet had a weird smell, and throughout the whole night, we couldn’t have a proper sleep due to hearing of doors slammings. (Suggests owner to invest in soundproofing the doors. Shopee). All equipment has poor quality (hence I don’t understand why there’s deposits). After checking out, owner unresponsive towards updating the deposit and expected to be returned in days time. By far one of my worst stays. Would not recommend.

Irene’s very responsive & makes sure you have everything thay you need. Before we arrived , I asked if she had a frying pan & she had a brand new one at the front desk. If you need anything, just ask her & she does her best.
