Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room. 5 minutes from the hospital, less than 10 minutes to downtown and the train and only 45 minutes from Purgatory Ski Resort. The house is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Smart TV, high speed internet and a game room full of games. There are two bedrooms upstairs that have queen beds and there is a twin bed upstairs also. Downstairs there is one bedroom with a queen bed and a den that has a futon and a twin bed. There is a bathroom upstairs that has a tub and there is a tub and shower downstairs off of the den.

Enjoyed our stay. Water limitations is a little bit of an issue. Great location. Great host.

The location was great, peace and worth the cost. It accurately accommodated my whole and it only had one shower. However, the pans and some dishes were not properly washed. The blankets had "unwashed" smell.

Steve’s place was great! Lots of space to host a big group, value for what you pay for, and still close enough to central Durango.

This place was a great find! Plenty of space for sleeping. It was close enough to Durango where we could still find Ubers. Would definitely stay again!

You feel like you are in the country but it is very close to the hospital and Three Springs area. They have a small store and some restaurants. Close to Walmart and the airport.
